How do subscriptions and deliveries work?
Your subscription renews automatically on the same day you joined each month. The letter is prepared with care and sent shortly after the renewal date, not at the beginning of the month.
Do I have to renew manually every month?
No need! Once you subscribe, everything renews automatically so you’ll receive your letter every month until you choose to cancel.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I track my letter?
Unfortunately not — and that’s part of the charm! Letters are sent through regular traditional mail so you can enjoy the lovely surprise of discovering a special envelope in your mailbox.
What if my letter doesn’t arrive?
Delivery times can vary with standard mail. Please allow up to 14 business days after your renewal date. If you still haven’t received it by then, feel free to contact me.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your account. If you cancel shortly after a renewal, you’ll still receive that month’s box. The cancellation will then take effect the following month.
